Max Bolt

Max Bolt is the Co-Founder and Chairman of HydroChem Holdings, LLC. He earned a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting with honors from Oklahoma State University. Bolt began his career in transaction advisory at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in industrial services, though his entrepreneurial foundation was built working alongside his father in various blue-collar trades.

Bolt serves on the Executive Committee of Houk Holdings, LLC, is Director of Crane Basin Co., and manages a strategic portfolio of industrial companies and real estate assets. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, son, and two dogs.

Haden Coffey

Haden Coffey is the Co-Founder and Co-President of HydroChem Holdings, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University. Prior to HydroChem, Coffey established his expertise in the chemical industry as a top-performing Account Executive at Harcros Chemicals, where he supported diverse market sectors through specialized product solutions.

Coffey currently leads strategic initiatives focused on operational integration and revenue expansion. Driven by a vision to build a diversified holding company anchored by exceptional people, he oversees the firm’s talent acquisition strategy. He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, son, and dogs.

Jake Long

Jake Long is the Co-Founder and Co-President of HydroChem Holdings, LLC. He holds a degree in Power Plant Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Long began his entrepreneurial career in his teens by founding Fleet Wash Pros, where he served the specialized needs of the logistics and oil & gas sectors.

Long brings deep expertise in practical chemical application and leads the firm’s operational culture. His success in scaling product sales and nationwide distribution was the catalyst for his partnership with Co-Founders Max Bolt and Haden Coffey. He resides in Oklahoma City with his dogs.
